RobbJack Specializes in the Full-Custom Tool

We make PCD tools in diameters from 3/32" to 2", and LOCs and OALs in all sizes – stub, standard and extra length, in square end, corner radii and ball end. Three-flute tools are available for certain applications. We also make tapers, form tools and tools with “through-tool coolant.” If you don’t see or are not sure what you need call us – we can help.

Get the chips out. Our “through-tool-coolant” custom end mills maintain low part temperatures by placing coolant directly at the source of friction, where it is needed most.
