RobbJack NAB ultra-precision saw arbor with clamping nut, spacers, and flange

Ultra-precision saw arbors with 15x the gripping force of screw-cap designs — every size available in a thru-coolant (-TC) version that floods the cut through solid carbide CF flanges.

  • 15x gripping force — nut-clamped design grips the saw far harder than screw-cap arbors, solving slippage in high-torque cuts
  • Eight sizes from 1/4" to 1-1/4" arbor diameter (NAB-250 through NAB-1250), each also available as a -TC thru-coolant version
  • Published clamp-nut torque specs per size: NAB-250 96 in-lb, NAB-375 300 in-lb, NAB-500 and NAB-625 540 in-lb, NAB-750 through NAB-1250 600 in-lb
  • Spacer sets included with every arbor (.0625"/.125"/.1875" on 1/4" and 3/8"; .0625"/.1875"/.25" on 1/2" and up)
  • Removable keyway drive, available upon request: 1/8" key on 5/8"-7/8" sizes, 1/4" on 1", 5/16" on 1-1/4" (1/4"-1/2" sizes have no standard keyway)
  • Tightest tolerances in the industry: arbor size -.0001"/-.0003", shank diameter -.0001"/-.0004", runout .0005" max — RobbJack arbors hold less than .0002" runout assembled
  • CF solid carbide thru-coolant flanges are required (sold in pairs) when running the -TC thru-coolant versions

NAB Ultra-Precision Saw Arbors

The tightest-tolerance saw arbors in the industry

RobbJack NAB saw arbors are ultra-precision arbors for carbide slitting saws, ground to the tightest tolerances in the industry to solve many of the problems associated with using carbide slitting saws. They hold less than .0002" runout and are available in standard and Thru-Coolant (-TC) versions. Thru-Coolant versions require CF Thru-Coolant Flanges, and when ganging multiple saws also require CSP Thru-Coolant Spacers.
